THE DUVAL COUNTY MEDICAL SOCIETY IS A LEADER IN THE HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY AND A KEY SOURCE FOR MEDIA OUTLETS REGARDING HEALTH NEWS.
The Duval County Medical Society serves as a resource for media outlets regarding healthcare news. DCMS members have been interviewed locally by Action News, The Florida Times-Union, First Coast News, WOKV and WJXT. Their interviews have also appeared on national networks, including CNN and USA Today.
DCMS members also contribute to a regular column in the Health section of The Florida-Times Union.
MD Life, a regional magazine for health care professionals, also features DCMS members as the cover story for each publication.

Television: In 2016, DCMS Members have appeared on Action News Jax, First Coast News and WJXT to discuss a variety of topics including the county health rankings in Florida, the Zika virus outrbreak and the launch of Mission One Million.
Newspaper: In 2016, DCMS Members have authored columns for The Florida-Times Union on a variety of topics including exercise and vein health, sleep requirements for children, surviving cancer and more.
Radio: In 2016, DCMS members and staff have conducted interviews with WJCT and WOKV on topics including the county health rankings in Florida and the launch of Mission One Million.
Magazine: DCMS members and staff have appeared on the cover of each of the 2016 issues of MD Life, a regional magazine for healthcare professionals.
